The Greek
team was expected to arrive late, but due to some delays and luggage
problems we could only greet them at 10.21 p.m. What a difference this
was. If you know George, you'll be aware of the fact that his entrance
never comes unnoticed, and this time it wasn't any different! All their
luggage were brought inside, including the large pile of MCH shirts "new
style". We almost forgot that we ordered 20 extra shirts to take back to
Belgium. Due to an unexpected high demand George asked back 2 of them
though. Time proceeded fast, and after a very nice Tortellini dish and
an evening walk through the garden we went to bed short after midnight.
G While the
Belgian and Italian parts of MCH were enjoying the Lake and the gelato
(ice cream) we, the Greek team, were enjoying our prolonged stay in the
Athens airport. Initially a 10 minute delay was announced, which soon
became 30 minutes and then one hour. Our only concern was for the fish
we were carrying for the Capo (15 Haplochromis sp. "fire" Uganda). The
picture below shows the Greek team travelling "light" as we usually do.
Just 40 Kg of luggage and four hand luggage for a 4 day stay. We surely
set some new records this time.

G
Athens airport. Don't let the sun fool you. It was night
when we finally took off.

Here comes the Greek team! Fritz
the Doberman also performed a close examination!

evening though!
