| La Casa delle Farfalle - part II "The Butterfly House" by Francesco Zezza
This is POSSIBLY a Morpho, like the ones we saw in the wild (Peru). Now let’s have a quick review of the other hosts of this peculiar "forest" …
Are those birds (upper shot) a sort of grouse?
Drinking from the moist on the edge of a small, wooden bridge. Curious… and NOT scared at all!
Many carnivorous plants (such as my beloved Nepenthes) thrive in hot, humid environments and the beauty of this pitchers is the result! These plants in the photo are actually Nepenthes. It took one and a half hour to end (with my "teammates", pictured in the following image walking on the "muddy" path) the visit … I do hope you’ve enjoyed this visit the way we did!!!
