How lucky we were !
Such a spectacle on the walls of Mystras Castle. The lizards are performing the moves which are imposed on them by spring - mating. A ritual in four movements. On the slope, over Sparta, on the stones of the wall, forgotten by time itself in another, indisputable reality.
And we, witnesses to the event.
The Laws of Nature follow their timeless cycle and the creatures within are performing without ever asking the reason. They are just following the exact essence of their existence. What a spectacular variety of colors and shapes is then revealed to the ones who want to observe. (Marta)
