Neoglyphidodon
melas (Royal damsel)
Adults get uniformly black while the
juveniles have a bright yellow top and royal blue pectoral
fins. Will grow to a maximum size of 15 cm. In nature thay are
solitary fish, living in places where coral growth is maximal.
A very hard fish will tolerate the "tank cycling"
procedure very easily. Will accept any food.
