THIS
IS, SHORTLY, ME: I was born in Rome, Italy (where I
still live) in 1956. Motorcycle rider for as long as I can
remember, SSI/CMAS scuba instructor (having logged over 500 dives
in Red Sea - Egypt, Israel, Sudan, Mediterranean Sea, Caribbean
Sea (Cuba) and, finally, Lake Malawi). I've been involved from
many years in fish keeping. Having focused (during the last ten
years) on cichlids from the Rift Valley I also have an interest in
"New World" Cichlids and Catfishes (mostly loriicarids). My latest
"fishy interest" are Madagascan cichlids. I also fancy, a lot,
succulent plants, orchids, carnivorous ones and (old world)
Chameleons.
